Blum & Sons Electric, Inc. was selected by the JD Group to assist in the construction of a state of the art, fully automated, custom home.
Construction includes custom lighting fixtures and controls, home theater, gym, and a truly elaborate garage and workshop.

PROJECT UPDATEs
Westmont College – Montecito, California
This project is a ground up build of 70 rooms with kitchens and a student service center. Work includes a medium voltage infrastructure, site lighting, low voltage systems, AV systems, as well as fire alarm systems.
