This project is a ground up build of 70 rooms with kitchens and a student service center. Work includes a medium voltage infrastructure, site lighting, low voltage systems, AV systems, as well as fire alarm systems.

Complete build out and ground up construction of an upscale hotel. This project has 68 guestrooms consisting of 8 suites and 57 standard rooms. In addition 4 flats and 4 two story flats with roof decks front on Broad Street will be accessed from the parking ramp and hotel.

Ground up hotel construction in San Luis Obispo, California. Project includes complete build out, site work, and a pool. The project has 78 guestrooms, a basement parking garage with a Klause car storage system – all totalling 120,000 sq ft.
